This project presents a unique 12-month calendar designed for Logix Federal Credit Union, featuring original illustrations and graphic design inspired by a financial board game concept. Each illustration represents a month, creatively showcasing financial milestones, goals, and life events, much like in a "Game of Life."
From budgeting tips to saving for milestones like buying a home, the design blends engaging visuals with educational themes to inspire and inform members throughout the year. The cohesive and playful style connects with audiences of all ages, transforming complex financial topics into relatable, visually appealing experiences.
This collaboration demonstrates the power of storytelling through design, making financial literacy both fun and accessible while celebrating the values of Logix Federal Credit Union.

While putting their holiday decorations back in their attic, Robix and Max come across an old board game, stored in a peculiar-looking box. Intrigued, they lift the lid to get a closer look at the game.
Robix finds a sheet with the rules of how to play “Logix: Road to Riches.” Before he can read them, Max spins the game wheel, creating a vortex that transports them into the game.
Robix and Max find themselves in an exciting new land, with a colorful path before them. Mesmerized, they decide to hop on a game piece and follow it to experience the adventures that lie ahead.
The path first takes them to the Land of Good Habits, where they meet Jeanie, a magical Logix Financial Advisor. She tells Robix and Max she is here to help them stay on the right course. “Follow me, and I’ll lead you along the Road to Riches, but look out for dangerous distractions along the way.”
Robix and Max follow Jeanie into Savings Central, where they learn the importance of building a strong financial foundation. By growing your savings, you can achieve your dreams and create a safety net for your future.
As they follow Jeanie along the path, flashing lights and bright notifications distract the Bots. Robix takes a wrong turn toward Impulse Island. Dangers lurk around every corner as they’re surrounded by food deliveries, impulse shopping, coffee shops, and flash sales. They can’t resist the temptations and start to sink into debt by making impulse buys.
Jeanie comes to the rescue and transports them to Credit Kingdom, where they learn how to build better credit scores by paying bills on time, limiting credit card usage, checking credit reports, and avoiding impulse spending.
Robix and Max narrowly escape as a boulder crashes down onto their path. They’ll need a new ride to finish the journey. Unexpected expenses can often derail your financial goals if you’re not prepared with an emergency. Scan to learn more about how your savings account.
Once again, Jeanie appears just in time to save the Bots. She helps them into a new car with an auto loan from Logix and guides them back toward the land of building emergency savings and mindful spending to avoid similar pitfalls in the future.
With the game’s finish line in view, Robix and Max now use the good spending habits they’ve learned to cruise through dangerous temptations with ease.
Robix and Max head for the finish line of the game! Jeanie cheers for them as they reach the end of their financial journey and transports them back out of the game.
Back at home, Robix and Max safely put away the game board and worked on applying their new financial knowledge to reach their goals.
