This project for TPDi involved creating a full set of isometric 3D illustrations for their AI Agency report, covering six key capability pillars: Governance, Models & Applications, Data & Lifecycle Management, Infrastructure & Resources, Innovation & Adoption, and Skills.

The challenge was translating complex policy concepts into visually engaging scenes that could work both as standalone pieces and as part of a larger compositional map. Each illustration was built around a distinct color palette and populated with characters and environments that made abstract ideas feel tangible.
The full set comes together in a single poster-format composition, giving the report a strong visual identity from cover to interior.
